These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Vero MBA (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) services. By placing an order with Vero MBA or otherwise using our services, you (“Client”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Introduction

1. Purpose
   These Terms explain the conditions under which Vero MBA offers academic and related services, including but not limited to writing, editing, and application support.

2. Binding Agreement
   By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue the use of our services.

2. Definitions

• “Services”: The range of offerings by Vero MBA, including academic writing, editing, financial analyses, presentations, application support, and related consulting.

• “Client”: An individual or entity who purchases or uses our Services.

• “Deliverables”: The final products or work outputs (e.g., essays, analyses, presentations) provided to the Client.

3. Eligibility

1. Age Requirement
   Clients must be at least 18 years old to place an order or use our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms
   By using our Services, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Scope of Services

1. General
   We provide academic writing and related support services tailored to Client specifications. We guarantee that accepted orders will be completed in a manner reasonably consistent with the requirements provided by the Client.

2. Revision Policy

   • Clients are offered unlimited revisions within the original scope of the order’s details.

   • If instructions are open-ended or vague, our experts will use their best judgment to complete the work.

   • Subsequent revisions are free if they address the original requirements, but new requests or changes outside the scope may incur additional charges.

5. Orders, Payments, and Refunds

1. Pricing and Payment

   • Prices are displayed at the time of order or outlined in a custom invoice for specialized requests.

   • Payments are processed through third-party services including PayPal, Honeybook, and/or Wix.

2. Refund Policy

   • Full Refund: Offered for work that fails to sufficiently meet the original criteria established at the time of purchase, as determined by the Dispute Manager (see Section 14).

   • Partial Refund: May be offered if the Deliverables meet most of the criteria but are not fully complete, depending on the timing and nature of the order.

   • Missed Deadlines: Orders that cannot be completed before the agreed-upon deadline will receive a full refund.

3. No Guarantee of Outcomes
   We do not guarantee any specific academic results or institutional decisions based on our Services.

6. Intellectual Property

1. Ownership of Deliverables

   • Upon full payment, the Client owns the finished products (Deliverables).

   • We do not retain rights or use client work for any other purposes.

2. No Use as Samples
   Vero MBA will never use any portion of client Deliverables for marketing, promotional, or sample purposes.

7. Confidentiality

1. Project Manager Access
   Personal information is accessible only to the assigned Project Manager. Writers and editors see only the project requirements necessary to complete the work, without direct personal information.

2. Team Confidentiality
   All team members (writers, editors, project managers) are bound to confidentiality obligations regarding project details.

8. Limitation of Liability

1. Scope
   Except as described in our refund policy (Section 5), Vero MBA is not financially responsible for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred by the Client as a result of using our Services.

2. Maximum Liability
   In no event shall the Company’s liability exceed the total fees paid for the specific Deliverable.

9. Indemnification (Brief)

You agree to indemnify and hold Vero MBA harmless from any claims or damages arising out of your misuse of the Deliverables or violation of these Terms. This includes, but is not limited to, any misuse that leads to claims of academic dishonesty or intellectual property infringement.

10. Termination (Use Discretion)

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders if we believe these Terms have been violated, or if unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order. Clients remain responsible for payment of any Services rendered prior to termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

1. Complaints
   If a Client is dissatisfied with the Services, they may file a complaint.

2. Dispute Manager

   • Once a dispute is raised, all work on the project stops.

   • A Dispute Manager will review the complaint, the Client’s original requirements, and the Deliverables.

   • The Dispute Manager’s decision regarding refunds—full, partial, or none—is final.

3. No External Arbitration
   There is no external or third-party arbitration process. All disputes are resolved internally.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify Clients by email or through a prominent notice on our website. By continuing to use our Services after such changes, you accept the new Terms.

13. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vero MBA regarding the Services. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
